RN Manager - Nurse Manager - Gardner, MA
Mon-Friday schedule could possibly do a late shift.
We are looking for someone who likes to manage and motivate yet sometimes deals with conflict management.
The Work of the Nurse Manager
- Will supervise a staff of 5-8 Nurse and Medical Assistants
- Oversee staff education
- Provide back-up direct patient care.
- Practice collaboratively with all providers and staff to provide comprehensive primary care to patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an RN OR as a LPN in Massachusetts and its Board of Nursing.
- Minimum 2 year management experience
- Experience equal to either two years as an RN or five years in an ambulatory medical office
- Computer skills for accurate data entry
- AHA BLS Health Care Provider certification
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
