Administrative Assistant:
- Provides clerical and secretarial support to the Administrative Team under the supervision of the Principal.
- Greet visitors, parents, and students. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff. Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and update student records. Manage attendance records. Organize and file important documents.
- Respond to emails and inquiries from parents, staff, and the community.
- Enter and update student information in databases. Compile and maintain various reports.
- Assist in the enrollment and withdrawal process for students. Provide information to parents and students regarding school policies and procedures.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized and neat. Collaborate with other administrative staff to improve office processes.
- Process financial transactions, such as collecting fees. Work with the school's financial systems for ordering as needed.
- Support administrators and teachers with special projects or initiatives. Collaborate with other administrative staff on school-wide initiatives.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting office technology, such as computers and printers.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Adhere to federal statutes and regulations, Ohio school law, State Board of Education rules and regulations, Board of Education policies and procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the School Principal and/or other supervisors.
