The School Administrative Assistant is expected to provide administrative support to the school and MOST after-school programs. This employee shall possess excellent customer skills and to external and internal customers.
The responsibilities and requirements described below are general in nature and subject to change to meet the needs of the organization.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet incoming onsite patients and caregivers
- Completes registration intake with new school or aftercare students
- Completes school newsletters/flyers
- Acts as a backup teacher assistant as needed
- Create Children Services Council (CSC) MOST SAMIS reimbursement/invoices monthly
- Weekly claims & status reports; ensures accurate documentation is completed promptly
- Enters all afterschool units into Services and Activities Management Information System (SAMIS) and ensures units are accurate
- Maintains student files school/ MOST – ensuring information is up to date.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Associate’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Google)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and Time Management skills
- Technologically adept
