Scheduling Representative

Requirements:

-Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a warranty representative or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant systems and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Basic math skills for performing calculations and verifying numerical information

Responsibilities:
-Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records

- Verify and correct data entries as needed

- Perform reqular data backups to ensure data integrity and security

-Proficient in using databases and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
