Scheduling patients

A busy Diagnostic Clinic looks to add to its scheduling department. Experience with EMR is essential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering scripts

• Scheduling patients for MRI, X-ray and CT scan

• Assigning patients to the correct radiologist

• Confirming appointments

• Contact Attorney office for LOP

• Follow all company internal protocols for scheduling

• Addressing patient concerns.

• And all other duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)

• Experience working in clinic or physician environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.

• Strong computer skills.

• Strong telephone etiquette.

• Experience with high volume phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
