Purpose:
A Scheduling Coordinator will work to ensure the success of scheduling interpreters and translators to assignments from our clients. This will include administrative and scheduling support in a growing translation and interpreting company.
Objective:
The Scheduling Coordinator performs a variety of interpreting and translation service functions including interpreting and translation assignments scheduling, interpreters and translators recruitment, data-entry and clients, translators and interpreters relationships maintainability and establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via email or phone in a polite and professional manner
- Handle calendar management
- Monitor the progression of interpreting appointments and translation projects
- Receive job orders from clients and input information into scheduling software
- Assist in giving interpreting and translation quotes to clients
- Recruit independently contracted interpreters and translators
- Ensure client, interpreters and translators information is accurate across all databases
- Maintain documents and file documents appropriately on Dropbox
- Assist in special projects and other administrative duties
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of legal experience
- 2+ years of administrative/receptionist/or call center experience
