Responsibilities:
- Manages phone calls in a supportive manner
- Scheduling for staff and caregivers
- Assist with the required compliance items of caregivers
- Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy with dignity and respect
- Assisting the office team and clients as needed
- Efficiency in working alongside Field Service Coordinator and Marketer to best understand case to case patient needs for scheduling qualified caregivers
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent English
- Experience in Home Care or similar
- Experience in supporting high-volume calls, recruitment, and scheduling
- Must have exceptional administrative and customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional projects
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Must be tech savvy such as Microsoft Office and Scheduling Platforms
Schedule:
- Full-time
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (8am-4:30pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)

- Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
