Hoodz of Southern Maine is the Premier Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Company, located in Windham, for 13 years.
The Office Scheduler/Coordinator functions will include assisting with the following:
- Answering phones / customer relations
- Scheduling leads for the sales rep
- Scheduling Cleanings for Multiple Crews
- -Checking Customer Files (Electronic and Paper) to ensure Accuracy of information
- General Reporting to the business owners
- Any additional office functions tasked by the Office Manager or Business Owners
The candidate must be able to work independently and must have strong phone communication & customer service skills. You must also be highly organized, as the position requires a lot of multi-tasking, and must be a great team player with the ability to work well with others. Detail oriented and a high level of accuracy are a must for this position!
This position is requires 25-32 hours weekly. After a period of time employee may be considered for a full-time position.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Office administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft
- Google Calendar(Must)
