SalaryDEOA is looking for an Orthopedic Surgery Scheduler.
This person must be well organized, have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented, and have the ability to maintain an exceptional level of professionalism and customer service. Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills.
Duties include, but not limited to: Scheduling patient appointments, scheduling surgeries, ensuring proper forms and paperwork are filled out, following up on labs and surgery clearances, fielding phone calls, checking out patients and communicating the surgery process with them.
Orthopedic practice experience and experience with Athena EMR a strong plus. Candidates with other medical office experience will be considered. Competitive salary and full benefits offered with this position.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm & Friday 8:00am-3:30pm
