Major Outermost Task: Scheduling
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Plan and schedule staffs, appointments and in services/orientations.
- Answer inbound telephone calls during office hours.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Perform all other office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Scheduling
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bloomington, IN 47404: Relocate before starting work (Required)
