JOB SUMMARY
Scheduling - Dispatch is a frontline position in our organization and one that deals directly with our installation base daily. This role requires one to prioritize accordingly and works diligently to take care of any customer / installer need. This is key position in our organization and one that requires extensive communication and collaboration with others to be successful.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Determines daily workload through management of the schedule.
- Matches up the best installer to projects and ensures crew can handle the assigned workload.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help as needed.
- Assist with cycle-count processes.
- Works closely with the Director of Operations and other managers/supervisors to identify best practices in all functional areas.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Related experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Functionality in customer service, administration, and subcontractor management
- Highly collaborative and works well with others
- Must be "installer friendly" and be an advocate for our subcontractors
- Proficiency in Spanish may be considered an asset, though not required
