SALESFORCE ARCHITECT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Establish a Salesforce architecture strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
* Collaborate with team members to provide general administration of the salesforce ecosystem
* Perform technical analysis, design, develop, test and implement solutions/applications with necessary customizations and integrations
* Define the standards for monitoring the overall health of operational processes and underlying systems with reports, dashboards, queries, and other relevant tools
* Build, customize, and supports mostly sales cloud objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.), workflows, reports, and dashboards
* Custom develops on the Salesforce Platform with a strong preference for native functionality, declarative automations (process builder, flow), and Lightning components
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
* 6+ years of experience configuring Salesforce using process builder, validation rules, Lightning flow, roles and profiles, data loader, reports, and dashboards
* Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
* Advanced experience in designing and implementing a salesforce/CRM architecture strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
* Understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of the Salesforce application
* Advanced experience writing queries in SQL/SOQL
* Proven experience with cloud data maintenance applications such DemandTools, Cloudingo or similar solutions
* Experience with a Salesforce implementation
* Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification preferred
* Advanced understanding and experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using REST and BULK APIs preferred
* Advanced Apex knowledge preferred

This person would be an architect but function as a manager, initially he will not be given people responsibility but eventually after converting to an employee he will need to manage people.

He needs to get involved in Architecting/integration/Solutioning and work closely with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
