Job description

Aderas, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join the team.
Primary Job Duties:

  • The Solutions Architect functions as a hands-on technical project manager and will have all the experience of Senior-level developer at a much wider and deeper extensive level developing Salesforce systems successfully while fulfilling enterprise and integration considerations involving disparate non-Salesforce systems such as data warehouses, ETL, Rest APIs, etc.
  • Leads the analysis, administration, design, development, and testing of applications.
  • Reviews and verifies implementation of applications according to design best practices, performance, and security.
  • Reviews and assists in planning and execution of data migration and data reporting activities.
  • Creates, implements, and oversees technical process modeling, data modeling, and user interface designs.
  • Demonstrates experience working directly with end users and system Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that the functionality of the application meets their requirements.
  • Must demonstrate experience mentoring development team to guide team successfully from requirements to delivery.
  • Demonstrates experience contributing actively to all phases of product development and delivery.
  • Demonstrates experience identifying marketplace plugins and/or designing/developing custom connectors as needed.
  • Demonstrates experience developing applications and services using Salesforce no-code configuration, Apex low code, COTS marketplace connectors, analytics, and designing/developing custom connectors as needed. Demonstrates experience designing, implementing, integrating Salesforce with federal systems (on-prem, cloud).
  • Demonstrates experience delivering Salesforce solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508.
  • Leads and or guides senior developers and other members to lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect, deliver, administer, and support.
  • Ensures architecture and implementations are in compliance with product roadmap, and with DOL enterprise/ platform/Solutions Architecture.
  • Ensures to seek DOL OCIO technical guidance and approvals as well as provide recommendations for product roadmap, platform capability, and the DOL enterprise.
  • Ensures team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and other development meetings are working smoothly and participates in meetings where and as needed.
Required Education Work Experience:
  • Masters Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
  • Min. 10 years of hands-on full stack experience as team lead/architect developing architectures and solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space.
  • Min. 5 years experience in Salesforce
  • Must have a combination of Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Consultant certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Must have Agile/SAFe, and other related developer certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience.
Citizenship: US Citizen, active NACI/T1 Investigation Clearance
