SALESFORCE MARKETING TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Salesforce Marketing Technical Architect for a contract position in Glendale, AZ. The opportunity will be more than one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: As a Salesforce Marketing Architect, you will work with multiple Marketing Business Partners to understand their needs and develop comprehensive marketing strategies. You will architect, design, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate and streamline marketing efforts. This includes end-to-end solutions from integrated data ingestion to campaign execution, performance measurement, and optimization
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Consult with multiple business partners to understand their marketing automation needs and develop comprehensive strategies to meet their goals.
- Collaborating with the Salesforce Implementing group and driving the architectural decisions that are beneficial for the Client in the long run.
- Designing and configuring complex marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer journeys.
- Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems like Snowflake, AEM.
- Developing and implementing best practices for data management, segmentation, and personalization.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.
- Conducting training sessions for the business and other team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and leveraging this knowledge to improve the outcomes.
- As a Salesforce Marketing Architect, you will help Client Marketing Department optimize their marketing efforts and achieve their business objectives by leveraging the power of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This requires a deep understanding of various marketing automation tools and module
Qualifications:
- SMA must be experienced in a minimum of 4 & above from the below areas
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)
- Customer Data Platform
- Digital Asset and Content Management & Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems like Snowflake to create a seamless content management workflow.
- Proof MRM
Preferred:
- Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Marketing Cloud Developer
- Salesforce Technical Architect with Marketing Experience.
