About the Role:
Our CRM team is in search of a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Intern to become an integral part of our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Job Description:
As a Salesforce Intern, you will have the invaluable opportunity to acquire practical, hands-on experience working with our Salesforce platform. You will closely collaborate with our Salesforce administrators and developers, providing support for our Salesforce instance, assisting with user training, and participating in the implementation of new features and functionalities.
Responsibilities:
  • User Assistance: Offer support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and promptly address user inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Aid in data migration, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives to maintain precise and dependable Salesforce data.
  • Training: Work alongside the training team to develop training materials and lead training sessions for both new and existing Salesforce users.
  • Configuration and Customization: Gain knowledge in configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and automation processes.
  • Documentation: Create and manage documentation pertaining to Salesforce processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Testing: Take part in testing and quality assurance activities for updates and enhancements to our Salesforce platform.
  • Research and Innovation: Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices and industry trends and suggest innovative solutions to enhance our Salesforce instance.
