Job Description:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in launching and optimizing our Customer Community and Lightning Knowledge Base. You will leverage Salesforce Community Cloud and Einstein Service Cloud technologies to create a seamless, intuitive digital experience for our customers, enabling self-service and efficient service automation through Einstein Bots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and launch a Customer Community using Salesforce Community Cloud, focusing on a customer-friendly front-end that prioritizes Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and design.
- Implement Lightning Knowledge Base for easy access to knowledge articles, ensuring information is easily searchable and accessible within the Customer Community.
- Develop and customize Einstein Bots to automate responses to knowledge-based questions and route to internal agents when necessary, using Einstein Bot Builder.
- Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for both the internal CRM and Customer Community/Digital Experience platforms.
- Convert Visualforce (VF) pages into Lightning Web Components (LWC), enhancing the platform's efficiency and user interface.
- Work in an agile environment, adapting to loose requirements and iteratively designing the navigational areas of the Customer Community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices in Community setup and management.
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Customer Community, Lightning Knowledge Base, and service automation.
- Proven experience in designing and developing customer-facing digital experiences using Salesforce Community Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Einstein Service Cloud, with hands-on experience setting up and customizing Einstein Bots.
- Expertise in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and converting VF pages into LWC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment with loose requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Developer Certification / Service Cloud / Einstein is highly preferred.
