Zensar is seeking Fulltime "Salesforce Vlocity - Senior Developer"

As a Salesforce Vlocity Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce solutions with a focus on Vlocity components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our customer relationship management capabilities, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Vlocity's industry-specific applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Configure Vlocity components, data models, and processes to meet business needs.

Develop custom code and integrations as necessary to extend Salesforce and Vlocity functionality.

Implement best practices for data modeling, security, and user interface design within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Work closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of Vlocity solutions.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Vlocity configurations and customizations.

Stay up-to-date with Vlocity and Salesforce updates, recommending enhancements and improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, execution, and delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Vlocity components.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly desirable.

Strong programming skills in Apex, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.

Experience with Vlocity's Industry Cloud and DataRaptor configuration tools.

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Aura frameworks.

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL processes.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
