Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Salesforce Apex Development:
- Utilize Salesforce Apex to design and execute solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and optimize Salesforce Lightning Web Components for seamless integration with the front-end.
- Database Management:
- Work with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Salesforce databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Build and consume APIs, ensuring smooth communication between various application components.
- Integrate external systems with Salesforce using Apex, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) for efficient code collaboration.
- Implement security best practices in both front-end and Salesforce Apex development.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and guidelines.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Write and execute unit tests for both front-end and back-end code.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
- Deployment and DevOps:
- Manage the deployment process using platforms like Heroku, AWS, or Salesforce DX.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement continuous integration and deployment practices.
- The role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
- Collaboration with multiple cross-functional team members and stakeholders, which requires excellent communication skills.
- Minimum three years of experience working with
Salesforce Developer I certified - Proven ability to design and develop scalable programmatic solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to configure custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of advanced complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Experience working with the Salesforce APIs and building services to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Experience developing within a framework and complying with defined standards.
- Familiarity with event driven development preferred.
- Experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.
- Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred.
- 3 years of Salesforce development experience required.
- 3 years of Salesforce development experience preferred.
- 2 years leading a group of developers preferred.
What You Will Need:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific
experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
