Description
SAIC is looking for a Salesforce Developer to help us support Salesforce based projects at NASA. This vital role will help us expand several of NASA’s capabilities leveraging the Salesforce Platform.
Job Description:
- As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining customized solutions using the Salesforce Platform
- Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com
- Utilizing object-oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions
- Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages
- Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader
- Using Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications
- Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint; Supporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands on experience on Sales/Service Cloud platform and integrations
- SFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, Lightning Web Components, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Flows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services
- Experience with GitLab
- Experience with SFDX
- Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology
- Prior experience in Project or program management
- Experience working with agile methodology
- Salesforce Certifications
- Understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design
Clearance:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
