This is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office two days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, Tx.
Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and business analysts to gather and understand requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Design scalable and flexible Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Create technical design documentation and provide guidance to development teams.
• Lead and participate in the development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder.
• Implement and maintain integration solutions with external systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Stay apprised with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends to make informed recommendations.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Document technical solutions, architecture, and design decisions.
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Salesforce best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required. Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a minimum of 5 years in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with declarative configuration, workflow rules, and process builder.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
