Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and customizing our Salesforce CRM platform to ensure it's fully functional and tailored to our team's needs. The role involves working closely with various departments to maintain a CRM system that supports our programs and initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance.
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reporting, and dashboards.
- Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access levels, and sharing rules.
- Implement new enhancements, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, and templates.
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and Salesforce configuration.
- Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Coordinate with staff to gather requirements and implement configuration changes, including updates to workflows and the creation of new fields.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a non-profit environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack).
- Additional Salesforce certifications.
