Role Overview: Are you a skilled Salesforce Administrator experienced with platforms like Practifi, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Services Cloud (SMC) Pardot? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us! As a Salesforce Administrator at EP Wealth Advisors, you will lead the ongoing development of our CRM deployment, ensuring organizational needs are met. Collaborating closely with our IT Team and key process owners, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our Salesforce environment and related systems. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion and Connection.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000 plus annual bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with functional leaders, users, and vendor teams to develop and deploy new business processes.
- Handle basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks.
- Ensure the successful operation of Salesforce applications, integrations, and tools, making improvement recommendations aligned with best practices.
- Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations with core systems, establishing and maintaining new integrations as needed.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
- Establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Assist in training new users and enhance the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and the application development team.
- Oversee technical aspects of development and configuration performed by external vendors.
- Hands-on development, testing, and deployment of new solutions; maintenance and troubleshooting of existing solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and propose effective solutions.
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with junior to mid-level development experience.
- Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud Unlimited, Outlook Integration (Lightning Sync and Inbox).
- APEX knowledge highly preferred.
- Experience with Visualforce, Force.com, third-party integrations, and API gateway integrations.
- Expertise and experience with CRM applications and relational database applications in financial services or RIAs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in Agile Methodology.
- Familiarity with analytics, database structures, and technologies.
- Technical expertise in managing and configuring features such as Omni Channel Experience, Chat-Bot, Service Cloud Voice, Dashboard and Reports, Tableau, Einstein, and Configuring Knowledge (NBA).
