We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves proactive outreach to potential clients, primarily through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, to introduce them to our services and secure new subscriptions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an aptitude for relationship building, and a proven track record of selling to C-level executives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for outreach, identifying and targeting prospective clients.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to connect with potential customers, introducing our platform and its benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales to C-level executives at consumer brand companies and ad agencies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn for sales outreach and networking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
