We offer: · Health/vision/dental · 401k matching · Paid time off · Outstanding company culture · Training/education Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the customer service team to ensure timely and successful completion of all deliveries • Accurately and efficiently input customers' orders, paying close attention to detail • Collaborate with the sales team to drive company growth and achieve success • Attend regular meetings with sales leads to stay updated on product and service information • Maintain open communication with sales representatives to stay informed about pricing and customer requirements, while proactively addressing any potential issues • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the fulfillment of all deliveries • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and follow-up abilities • Update and maintain customer accounts as needed Qualifications: • Must have at least a G.E.D. or equivalent qualification • Have advanced computer knowledge • Be an independent worker • Possess strong teamwork abilities • Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills • Understand customer service and interaction • Possess prior supervisory experience (preferred but not necessary) Compensation: $43,000 - $47,000 yearly
