Additional Requirements
Lincoln Tech in Denver, CO is looking for an energetic, customer-centric Receptionist / Admin Assistant. In this position, you would support the Admissions Office's strategic goals, helping to administer the day-to-day workflow while also facilitating the admissions process. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply. Pay rate: $21-23 hourly
Key Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong customer service and telephone skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Support Admissions initiatives by assisting students throughout the application process
- Respond to admissions-related inquiries from parents, high school personnel, campus partners, and internal staff
- Provide customer service to our students
- Attend Admissions events and assist with campus tours
- Maintain admissions-related data and correspondence
- Report to the Director of Admissions
Additional Requirements
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- High school diploma or GED
