ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Sales Team Support - you will be the trusted right hand to our Account Managers
  • Manage all promotional details: staying on top of critical dates for promotional planning & materials submitted
  • Owning the retailer store list & products sold by retailer
• Organize & maintain sales documents
• Submit new item & new vendor setup forms
• Meeting Note-taking, Recapping, Assigning tasks
• Lead on Trade Shows
• CRM maintenance
• Organize and maintain sales documents
• Coordinate training videos and materials

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Excel & PowerPoint Skills
• Proficient in Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets
• Ability to work across multiple platforms Office, Mac, Google
• Ability to work Cross-Function Sales, Ops, Marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Quick learner
• Ability to Prioritize

This role is based out of our headquarters in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey and reports to the Sales Account Manager.
