ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Sales Team Support - you will be the trusted right hand to our Account Managers
- Manage all promotional details: staying on top of critical dates for promotional planning & materials submitted
- Owning the retailer store list & products sold by retailer
- Organize & maintain sales documents
- Submit new item & new vendor setup forms
- Meeting Note-taking, Recapping, Assigning tasks
- Lead on Trade Shows
- CRM maintenance
- Organize and maintain sales documents
- Coordinate training videos and materials
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint Skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Ability to work across multiple platforms Office, Mac, Google
- Ability to work Cross-Function Sales, Ops, Marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Quick learner

This role is based out of our headquarters in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey and reports to the Sales Account Manager.
