Sales Support Associate

This role will collaborate with our Sales & Marketing Team on various daily tasks and long-term projects. The role will have a heavy emphasis on reviewing and organizing data/digital media, working with both internal team members and external customers, facilitating new and improved processes, as well as assisting with other regular Sales and Marketing functions.

Brief Overview

• 100% Full-Time position
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams, including internal employees, external customers, & territory sales representatives
• Help maintain business relationships with new and existing customers
• Organize and implement product data via a deep comprehension of product lines
• Assist with new/ongoing tasks and projects as they relate to Sales
• Coordinate with other departments on sales initiatives (Customer Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Shipping, etc.)
• Review and maintain product marketing information for both corporate website and external customer websites

What You Do

• Assist team members, customers, and partners with various Sales & Marketing projects
• Manage product content through customer web portals
• Maintain and update marketing content on both internal and customer websites to facilitate online sales
• Develop and maintain technical tools and documents as they relate to Sales
• Assist with online sales inventory allocation
• Assist with customer order expedition & communication
• Assist with sales presentations and marketing materials
• Assist with various product development and Marketing tasks
• Coordinate with other departments on sales-related projects
• Assist with various tasks as required

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel is CRITICAL)
• Experience with managing data
• Ability to review and derive meaning from data
• Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service experience
• Product comprehension & understanding of specs, features, and differentiation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic, flexible, creative, and committed
• Self-directed, motivated, and proactive, while also working well within a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Skills in digital manipulation (Photoshop, etc.) and media creation a plus
• Skills in programming languages a major plus
