We are currently seeking a team member to join us as a Sales Support Associate in the Business Development Department of our Lancaster office.
The Sales Support Associate will work directly with the EHD sales team to support pipeline growth and company-wide new business efforts. This position will interact with Producers to develop new prospect lists, and will play a critical role in planning, organizing and executing client and association events to ensure that they meet EHD’s objectives. The position reports to the EVP, Chief Business Development Officer, and will work closely with the Corporate Marketing and Operations teams.
What You Will Do
· Set and attend regularly scheduled touch base meetings with Producers.
· Manage and grow lead generation process utilizing Zoominfo and other tools as vetted.
· Maintain Producer specific parameters for targets and lead lists.
· Assess lead quality to measure sales progress and value.
· Identify upcoming Producer led events with clients and prospects and take the lead in planning, execution, and event follow up in conjunction with the event owner.
· Manage association memberships in conjunction with each relationship owner to increase engagement and value.
· Develop and maintain a company-wide calendar for events and association meetings.
· Coordinate with the Marketing team on related social media promotion of events and community engagement.
What You Will Need
· Bachelor’s degree preferred – business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Experience in corporate event planning and coordination.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with others
· Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality experiences.
· Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines with a calm demeanor.
· Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload.
· Skilled in MS Office and project management tools.
