Sales Support/Reorder Specialist

Benmatt Industries, a fast-growing division of LaFrance Corp, is the leading nationwide supplier and manufacturer of car dealer identification and promotional products. We currently have an immediate opening in the Concordville, PA office for a Reorder Specialist.

We are seeking an energetic, quick learning person to join the Reorder Team in support of our auto dealership accounts. This is a full-time position.

As a Reorder Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Making phone calls to contacts within the auto dealerships
• Analyzing customer order trends and developing a call schedule
• Scheduling Calls in the CRM
• Communicating with Regional Management on customer pricing, quantities and lost accounts
• Working with the Benmatt outside sales team on reorders

Educational and skill requirements include:

• Experience working in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Currently the team is working in a hybrid approach, two days in the office and work from home the remainder of the week (this is subject to change in the future).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.19 per hour
