Job Responsibilities:
· Represent several powerhouse brands in Document Management, workflow automation, and scanning/conversion services.
· Professionally represent a full service and single source provider of paperless office technology and scanning solutions.
· Research target market needs, key business initiatives and executive KPIs and align solutions as appropriate.
· Prospect and conduct introductory calls and discovery meetings to further identify business challenges and solve problems.
· Discover new business opportunities by taking the initiative to contact current and prospective clients.
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs (MS Teams, in person or other web meeting platforms).
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes to meet goals and objectives.
· Stay informed on new industry best practices and services.
· Strong verbal and written communication – ability to communicate at “C-suite” level.
· Excellent sales tools provided (e.g., Active Campaign and ZoomInfo, etc.).
Qualifications:
· Minimum five (5) years of professional Customer Service, Sales and/or Operations experience.
· 3 to 5 years of B2B sales in scanning/conversion services and the Document Management industry. Content Management and Document Management Automation platforms experience a +.
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales selling to C-suite.
· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
· Project assessment and intake skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple tasks and maintain priorities.
· Knowledge and understanding of Document Processing, including imaging, indexing, and basic comprehension of electronic hosting.
· Ability to work successfully in a hybrid team environment.
· College degree or prior relevant B2B sales experience in conversion services and/or ECM software considered for Healthcare, SLED, Enterprise and Federal.
· Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
· Some local travel to meet with clients.
