Sales Representative

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Essentially, being a team player in answering phone calls, connecting with mechanics and improving sales and conversion rate. Able to work from home.

Compensation:

• $20 per sale

• Ability to work as many hours as possible

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Performing three-way phone ways with you, the mechanic, and client to produce sales and provide a smooth transition into the repair process for the mechanic

• Ability to be somewhat tech savvy to be able to navigate through our website

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

• Be able to communicate with mechanics to organize jobs and provide a tunnel to filter our process through

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Automotive Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Full Commission Based: 1 year (Required)
