We are currently seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative with at least 5 years of experience in aerospace sales, specifically in avionics. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the aerospace industry, be open to travel, and possess a bachelor's degree, associate’s degree, or a pilot’s license.

Responsibilities:
Execute strategic sales initiatives in the aerospace sector, focusing on avionics products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop effective sales strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our market presence.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications:
5 years of proven experience in aerospace sales, preferably with a focus on avionics.
Bachelor's degree, associates degree, or pilot experience certificate.
Genuine passion for the aerospace industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
