5th&Noble (Home Furnishing & Home Decor Brand) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales in the Home Furnishing sector. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in Home Furnishing sales and a deep understanding of the retail market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue within the Home Furnishing sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large retail chains.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue partnerships with potential retail partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of orders.
- Provide product knowledge and support to retail partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Good experience & understanding of all Home Furnishing Products, along with design trends & quality standards.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to large retail chains, discount stores, dollar stores for 10+ years.
- Pre-existing relationships with at least 3 major Home Furnishing buyers that can be cultivated instantly.
- Willing to travel when needed
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Designing or related field (preferred).
