Sales Representative - Home Furnishing

5th&Noble (Home Furnishing & Home Decor Brand) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales in the Home Furnishing sector. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in Home Furnishing sales and a deep understanding of the retail market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue within the Home Furnishing sector.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large retail chains.
3. Identify new business opportunities and pursue partnerships with potential retail partners.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of orders.
5. Provide product knowledge and support to retail partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

1. Good experience & understanding of all Home Furnishing Products, along with design trends & quality standards.
2. Proven track record of successfully selling to large retail chains, discount stores, dollar stores for 10+ years.
3. Pre-existing relationships with at least 3 major Home Furnishing buyers that can be cultivated instantly.
4. Willing to travel when needed
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Designing or related field (preferred).
