AddressOur New Jersey-based Psychiatry and Therapy, mental health practice seeks an enthusiastic Sales Representative to help achieve our growth initiative goals. We need an engaging personality who can go out and generate patient referrals from personal injury attorneys, other doctors, and institutions and help develop, implement, and track patient referrals.
This job is perfect for someone who can take direction, learn quickly, and work independently. As a Sales Representative, you will have new patient referral goals and a generous incentive bonus plan. Serious applicants only, please.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Targeted Outreach: Visit different locations, including injury attorneys' offices, doctor's offices, and other potential referral sources 3 to 4 days a week to promote our psychiatry and therapy services. Focus on areas with the highest potential for generating new patient referrals.
- Build and Maintain Referral Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with potential referral sources through regular face-to-face contact. Emphasize our services' unique benefits and quality to encourage them to refer patients to our practice.
- Develop Customized Marketing Materials: Work with our marketing agency to create and distribute engaging and informative marketing materials tailored to each type of referral source. Ensure these materials effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of our services.
- Track and Report Activity: Maintain detailed records of all visits, communications, and referrals received. Provide regular reports to management on referral sources' development and performance against goals.
- Participate in Community and Professional Events: Represent our practice at relevant community and professional events to increase awareness and generate new referral sources. Network effectively to build new relationships.
- Feedback Loop Creation: Establish a system for gathering and analyzing feedback from referral sources and referred patients to improve our services and referral processes continually.
- Must have at least two years of experience in the field of marketing/advertising/communications
- Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and administrative skills to interact effectively with business partners.
- Must have reliable transportation
