Sales Representative

Metro by T-Mobile (authorized dealer) is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Metro by T-Mobile (authorized dealer) plays a key role in providing these services through liaison with auto manufacturers, dealers, third-party vendors and customers. Our team is composed of industry experts, engineers, technical Sales Representatives, and customer service managers. We are looking for a talented Sales Representativeto provide customer service and help with product knowledge at our Clinton, MD facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with our customers

Communicate customer needs to identify potential solutionsWork with potential customers to make them a brand loyalBuild your own customer base by providing high quality products and servicesPresent and promote products in a timely mannerResolve customer problems to make them successfulKeep records of customer transactionsFollow up on accounts to ensure they are satisfiedContinuously improve by feedback from your peers and managersExperience: **

• Prior experience in a retail sales or other customer service roles is preferred

*Experience working with customers by providing high quality products and services
*Prior experience working with customers by following through on commitments is preferred
Previous experience in a retail sales or other customer service roles is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
