The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480.00 to $121,200.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions -Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses -Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budge
- Conducting test drives and explaining the features and benefits of different car models
- Negotiating pricing and closing sales deals
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
