Sales Representative

Compensation - $45,000 BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + MONTHLY REVENUE BONUS

Outside Sales Representatives Responsibilities

• Worked assigned market area to generate new business and close deals

• Apply consistent and focused effort to meet planned sales goals

• Set your personal sales goal to reach your desired earning potential

• Represent the companies quality, benefits and integrity to homeowners   

• Use our industry leading technology to keep client files up to date and accurate

• Ability to climb on and inspect roofs

• Effectively manage your daily schedule - this position is not for people who want to be micromanaged. 

• Collect funds from homeowners

Requirements

• Outgoing personality

• Basic computer and internet skills

• Ability to use a smartphone

• Ability to lift 55 pounds

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Ability to climb on and inspect roofs

• Must be able to pass an extensive background check, and MVR

• High School Degree or equivalent

• Monday - Friday with Weekends optional

• Must be able to carry a 50lb ladder 
• Must be able to set up a ladder and climb on a roof
• Must be able to walk the roof surface
