Sales Representative

Job Description:

Our 48-year-old growing company seeks a professional commercial collections Sales Representative. The ideal candidate must have experience in commercial collections and the ability to effectively manage prospective and existing clients. Our next hire will be a results-driven salesperson who knows where to look for and how to find commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, identify customer needs and key decision makers, schedule appointments, and market our services.
• Effectively communicate with prospects by phone and email.
• Establish and maintain effective communications with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide ongoing superior customer service.
• Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients.
• Organize and maintain prospective client information.
• Complete and submit sales pipeline prospecting and sales tracking reports in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial collections (required)
• Minimum four (4) years sales experience
• Effective communication skills and the ability to develop and sustain business relationships.
• Self-starter with demonstrated skills in taking initiative, problem-solving, negotiating, and driving results.
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Microsoft Office experience

SALARY:

• Depending on experience - Salary and Commission
