- Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential clients to present products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering product information
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
```Experience```
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in data entry, order entry, proofreading, and project coordination
- Ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and plan events
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software for document creation and collaboration
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to accurately process information and maintain records
