With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator / Project Coordinatorto join our growing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to the success of our sales and project management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Customer Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and project management teams.
- Ensure data integrity within company systems (Finance, CRM, Project Management)
- Communication:
- Facilitate communication between sales, project management, and other departments.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with clients to gather necessary information.
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates on sales and project activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales administration and project coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
