Job description

SUMMARY:

Highly organized, outcome-oriented events marketing professional and Project Coordinator, operating in fast-paced brand and communications team to deliver superior experiential marketing, sponsorship and brand initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field
  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years' experience, preferably in healthcare environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive improved experiential marketing and surround strategies at conferences and events
  • Provide project management/logistical support for multiple brand, communications and digital marketing needs.
  • Support successful execution and audience engagement at internal and external events including major scientific conferences, thought leadership platforms, sponsorships, Town Halls and meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline project management, participant engagement, booth selection, AV requirements, collateral, giveaways and exhibit design/production.
  • Support brand-related projects to enhance company image and maintain consistently high standards
  • Produce timely report outs including key learnings and performance indicators.
  • Ensure strong budget management, financial processes and ROI
  • Adheres to Code of Conduct as outlined in the Baylor Genetics Compliance Program
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
