Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice-President of Growth, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, conducting screening calls for quality assurance on potential clients, and managing documentation, while also
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, screening and directing them appropriately within the sales team.
- Conduct background checks on potential clients to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Input and maintain accurate data in our CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Process client applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and filed appropriately.
- Research and analyze privacy policies on various websites to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Conduct research on articles of incorporation for clients and partners to verify legal standing and credibility.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making within the sales team.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing documentation.
Prior Experience:
- Prior experience working in a startup environment. We are not a startup but our culture has a startup vibe. As a result, navigating and thriving in a sometimes nebulous
- Prior experience working in a remote environment as Ringba has been a remote first firm since 2016. You must have a home office.
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage administrative tasks and documentation.
- Strong communication abilities to facilitate effective collaboration between departments and handle incoming inquiries.
- Prior experience in conducting thorough background checks on potential clients to ensure data integrity in CRM systems.
- Proficiency in conducting research on various topics, such as privacy policies and articles of incorporation, to support decision-making.
- Proactive attitude towards assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to optimize efficiency.
