We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.

Our ideal Sales Operations Associate has a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals, strong communication skills, organizational skills, follow through, and initiative. They will be relied upon to build and grow productive relationships internally, externally, and cross functionally to achieve goals in the most efficient manner.

This role will involve duties handling sales and Sales Operations tasks, requiring versatility in both areas.

Responsibilities include:

· Work with the EVP of Sales & Sales Director on daily assisting to support total business for each program.

• Day-to-day ownership of tasks given to support the team such as analyses, reporting and other support tools as needed.
• Work with Sales Director to liaise between internal teams including design, sales, production to prepare and submit requirements in time.
• Sample management: Sample logging, organizing, shipping, and tracking.
• Meeting support: Prep, support, calendar management.
• Maintaining EDI orders on Blue Cherry:
• Sales order states and analyze/revising.
• Collaborating with warehouse for routing/shipping with appropriate time frame.
• Partner with Import Logistics team on ensuring ETD to ETA. Mass Retail Experience preferred (Costco/Walmart).

The candidate we seek must possess the following:

• 3+ years of related experience in account management, sales support, wholesale, manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of Retail math a plus.
• Excellent data entry and computer skills: proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Blue cherry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Candidate must work well under pressure and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.

· Ability to set goals and develop realistic work plans and schedules to achieve.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
