About the Role
Charlie Health is seeking an Email Marketing Associate that will drive growth at Charlie Health through the use of email. The Associate will play a key role in how Charlie Health communicates with a broad set of audiences and stakeholders, using a combination of automated and campaign messaging. This individual will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of our Email Marketing program, and act as a trusted partner to cross functional teams including our Outreach, Partnerships, Admissions, and Recruiting teams. An ideal Email Marketing Associate will possess a balance of creativity, analytical rigor, project management, and execution to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
- Ideate and launch automated email journeys to drive improvements at key points in the life cycle of various Charlie Health audiences, including B2B and B2C applications
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Outreach, Admissions, Recruiting, and more to plan and execute strategic marketing communications
- Own the email campaign roadmap for a variety of newsletters and announcement communications
- Strategize and execute A/B tests to improve existing journeys and inform future builds
- Set goals and track performance of our email and business metrics, including establishing and maintaining dashboards
- Define and establish relevant data fields and properties for segmentation, working with our product and analytics teams where appropriate
- Analyze and deeply understand the journeys of various audiences related to Charlie Health, using data to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years experience with Email Marketing or related marketing discipline
- Knowledge of a modern CRM platform such as Braze or Iterable and a track record leveraging those tools to create successful, multi-channel, and multi touch campaigns
- Experience analyzing performance of marketing campaigns, including core email metrics as well as down-funnel business impacts
- Experience analyzing data in Microsoft Excel, Tableau a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate across teams and levels within an organization
- Exceptional organization, project management, and attention to detail
- Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes' commuting distance of the office

Additional Information
The total target cash compensation for this role will be between $79,200 and $111,925 per year at the commencement of employment. However, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and number of years of experience. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#LI-HYBRID
