Job Description
Eastridge Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leader in wholesale food manufacturing and worldwide distribution in the search for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst. The Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing the sales processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving revenue growth. This role will work closely with the sales team, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and implement strategies to maximize sales performance. This is a hybrid work environment, minimally onsite 3 days a week at the office in Richmond, CA.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze sales data, trends, and metrics to assess performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans. Utilize historical data, market trends, and business insights to support forecasting accuracy and facilitate informed decision making.
- Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation, and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and trends.
- Support sales team with tools, resources, and training to enhance their effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales collateral, tools, and training programs that align with sales objectives.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
- Work closely with teams across the organization, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and initiatives.
- Actively maintains a collaborative spirit/dialogue with other departments and Associates to promote workplace harmony and productivity, embracing and fostering the Company’s mission.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM system, excel, and other sales and data analysis tools

- Required to travel locally and outside the local area.
- Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.
- Regularly required to hear and speak to communicate orally effectively.
- Required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the facilities.
- Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop in order to conduct business.
