Position Summary – The Marketing Project Manager plays a crucial role in our dynamic healthcare organization, providing comprehensive lifecycle support for multiple marketing, creative projects, and sales operations. This position requires a strategic thinker who can align resources, foster collaboration, and coordinate activities to ensure the successful outcomes of various projects. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing workflow and communications, ensuring seamless coordination, and optimizing team efficiency through the use of Microsoft tech solutions. In addition, this role involves working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end processes for marketing campaigns and creative projects.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project expectations, facilitate communication of project status, and identify pathways to success.
- Immerse in the creative production process to facilitate seamless execution across print and digital activations.
- Forecast changes, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues related to creative demand.
- Incorporate and enforce quality control processes, including legal review and stakeholder approval.
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage marketing contracts and transactions effectively.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, problem-solve, and guide the team through change management initiatives.
- Stay updated on trends and changes in the healthcare marketing industry.
- Ensure effective use of technology and Microsoft tools to streamline project management and communication processes.
- Provide computer and equipment support to the team.

Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of project management and/or marketing management experience in a business environment.
- Technology background with proficiency in project management tools, social media, sales operations support platform HubSpot desirable.
- Project Management Certification is a plus.
- Degree in Advertising or Marketing a plus.
- Expertise in document production tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
