- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
- Must have 1-2 years experience
- Basic knowledge in pattern making and construction
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in fast paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Strong communication skill
- Strong organization skill
- Must be detail oriented
- Basic adobe skills (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Knowledge is RLM is a plus
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds for picking up samples, moving fabrics and trims
- Must be aware of trends and interested in luxury market
Responsibilities
- Manage and update BOMs on RLM
- Work with the PD manager to launch swatches, protos and sms
- Assist the design team with fitting and manage fit photos
- Assist the design team with styling and photo shoot
- Work with the PD manager for special projects
- Assist the atelier with organization, cutting and sewing
- Organize and update seasonal trim binders
- Source trims and fabrics
- Maintain the seasonal design board
- Hire interns
