Are you a sales leader with the drive and passion to develop and mentor a team of strong professionals in a remote work environment? If so, Netevia Platinum Direct has the perfect position for you. We have a Division Sales Manager (DM) opening that is as challenging as it is rewarding.
As our DM, you'll be leading the charge in bringing our Payments, POS, Payroll and innovative banking solutions to entrepreneurs of all sizes throughout the country with no territory restrictions. But that's not all - you'll also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a top-notch sales team. And since you're a sales whiz yourself, you'll be running appointments with your reps to help them be their best. When your team experiences success, you do to (DM’s receive liberal overrides on their team).
This position is challenging (but rewarding) and requires a strong business acumen along with the self-discipline to lead from your home office. If you're a consultative sales leader with a passion for supporting others, then let's talk!
Essential Responsibilities
Strong selling skills: Lead your team to success by demonstrating how to prospect, conduct meetings and close the deal.
Recruiting skills: We need someone who can recruit, using social media and other mediums to bring in the best of the best (we will also support these efforts through our in-house recruiter).
Networking skills: Strong networking on professional job sites such as LinkedIn. Being a member of a business or business association or networking group is a plus.
Building and leading a team: You'll be working independently and building a team, so be prepared to walk the walk not just talk the talk.
Talent development: We need someone who's a pro at developing talent and closing sales, with a proven track record to boot.
Home office: This is a work-from-home field sales leadership opportunity, with no territory restrictions on hiring or selling. If you can mentor them remotely you can hire them remotely
Must Haves
Leadership skills: You're the face of your team, so you must bring your best game, always.
Professionalism and integrity are a must!
Sense of urgency: You need a high sense of urgency and innate sales talent
Strong communication skills: Communication is key, so you'll be keeping in regular touch with your sales leaders and reps, training and coaching the Relationship Managers on your team.
Compensation - Benefits: This is a W2 Position! We offer Medical, Dental, 401k (and more) benefits to keep you healthy and happy.
We're not messing around with compensation. A first-year Division Manager may expect an average of $120,000 - $180,000++. In addition, receive lifetime residuals, Team overrides on every deal and portfolio equity.
