Job Summary
- Build and nurture relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate existing accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Markets and sells products or services to established clients.
- General Accountabilities Markets and sells the company's products or services.
- Projects a warm, inviting and trustworthy image on the phone.
- Prepares bids and quotes.
- Answers customer inquiries.
- Researches new product requests and writes orders.
- Negotiates pricing and availability with vendors.
- Serves as a liaison between the outside sales and customer service departments.
- Tracks and prepares reports on daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree is business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience: 5-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales
- 10 Yeas Construction Industry experience and knowledge.
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications
