In House Sales Representative: The Mission of the sales position is to enjoy inspiring customers through their House of Cindy purchasing journey. Identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness and working harmoniously with in all relationships of the company.
Work in an enchanting energetic environment in our Los Angeles design studio located just 10 minutes south of DTLA. We have Feng Shui'd our studio to be supportive of the ability to create magical home decor, happy employees while supporting our clients creativity.
Cindy Ciskowski, foundedHouse of Cindy her Los Angeles design studio to hand craft artisanal home decor with a focus on sustainability and collections that are eco friendly and cruelty free vegan. Cindy, raised in a sailboat dreamed of living in house and decorating it. She founded HOC to merge her passion for designing home decor products, interior design and her commitment to environmental stewardship. Now she and her team experience decorating and bring a lifestyle of beauty and comfort to the elevated homes of clients across the world while caring for our planet.
We are currently seeking to hire a in house sales person to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the companies sales and distribution channels and social media to drive company revenue.
A fast learner, where no responsibility is above or beneath them. A natural problem solver with a positive mindset. A true team player, warm personality, and an interest in growth in playing the entrepreneurial business game.
- Previous experience in sales, social media, e commerce sales and customer service.
- Must have work experience with Quickbooks online, Mail Chimp, CRM and Social Media platforms, and Big Commerce.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
Main Activities:
- Maintain a monthly schedule of email marketing via mail chimp using Canva or Photoshop for graphics.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through customer service.
- Call on existing clients. Build and maintain 3rd party seller Sites ( Faire) (Wayfair) (Amazon) etc.
- Maintain outstanding showroom conditions and visual merchandising standards.
- Offer information and technical support to customers about the products.
- Maintain e-commerce site, update new products, manage inventory.
- Maintain Square Wholesales Sales Platform.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Use the company reporting tools and website (quote/project registration, traffic registration, CRM).
- Contribute to further expand the company database through client data registration.
- Identify and investigate customer complaints and service suggestions.
- Maintain a high capacity for verbal and written communication.
- Answer in bound telephone calls.
- Have a natural ability to handle pressure and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Experience and Education:
- A passion for making a difference, being of service, a love of beauty in Interior Design or Home Décor or Fashion, the previous similar academic background;
- Previous experience in Social Media/Marketing/Sales, interior or fashion Industry will be appreciated.
Technical and Soft skills:
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, G suite, Quick Books, Big Commerce, Mail chimp, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, Canva);
- Excellent English, written and spoken; (Bi-lingual a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Polite and customer service-oriented;
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Team player; Positive attitude and enthusiasm;
- An oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals
